The Autonics iTP Series is a line of advanced color LCD graphic panel HMIs (human machine interfaces) used to monitor and control industrial processes, facilities, and equipment built from PLCs and control devices; the hazardous-location certified (Ex) models are explosion-proof units built for use in explosive-atmosphere areas certified to Class I/II, Division 2. Powered by a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor at 1.6 GHz with 4 GB of DDR4 memory and 16 GB of eMMC storage, the series drives smooth graphics and responsive screen changes for SCADA and machine-control applications. Display models use a TFT color LCD with an analog resistive touch panel, support 16,777,216 colors, and use a white LED backlight rated for at least 50,000 hours; they are offered in 8.4-inch (800 x 600) and 10.4, 12.1, and 15-inch (1024 x 768) sizes. Screens are configured with the Autonics SCADAMaster-Designer software, which provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface, a modular panel box, easy screen configuration, and a library of thousands of SVG images, and the platform connects directly to databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL for data acquisition, trending, and analysis. Built-in VNC and a web tool allow remote access and monitoring from a PC or mobile device.
