Description
The Lenze i550 cabinet frequency inverter is a compact control cabinet drive with scalable functionality across a wide power range. It is used in conveyor, traveling, winding, and hoist drives, extruders, packaging machines, pumps, and fans. For maximum flexibility, the series is available as a complete device or as individual power, control, and safety units.

- Power range from 0.33 to 175 hp
- Models for 1-phase 120V and 230V supplies and 3-phase 230V, 400V, and 480V supplies
- IP20 design for control cabinet mounting
- Space-saving design 2.26 in wide (up to 5 hp) and 5.13 in deep (up to 15 hp) with zero-clearance side-by-side mounting
- Standard I/O with 5 digital inputs, 1 digital output, 2 analog inputs, 1 analog output, and 1 NO/NC relay, plus DC bus connection and motor temperature monitoring
- Network options include CANopen, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, IO-Link, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, POWERLINK, PROFIBUS, and PROFINET
- Optional Safe Torque Off (STO) rated SIL 3 (EN IEC 61508) and Performance Level e (EN ISO 13849-1)
- WLAN connectivity options for fast commissioning and convenient diagnostics
