Description

The Sprecher + Schuh D7 heavy duty/oil tight pilot device series provides 22mm pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, E-Stop operators, and selector switches for industrial control panels and machine operator stations. Devices are available as complete kits or as operator-only components, so panel builders can order exactly the operator, mounting latch, and contact blocks an application needs. Plastic and metal operator styles use the same tool-less mounting latches and snap-on D7 contact blocks.

  • Plastic operators with plastic bezel rated UL Type 4/4X/13, IP66
  • Metal operators with metal bezel rated UL Type 4/13, IP66 (metal jog and multi-function operators are rated UL Type 4, IP66)
  • Tool-less plastic or metal mounting latch for snap-on contact blocks and power modules
  • NC contact blocks provide positive opening per EN 60947-5-1
  • Extended pushbutton and mushroom-head operators meet NFPA 79, 10.2.1 for stop-function actuators
  • Twist-to-release E-Stop operators are EN ISO 13850 compliant when used with NC, NCLB, or Guardian contact blocks
  • Illuminated operators use integral LED modules (24VAC/DC, 120VAC, or 240VAC) or incandescent modules
  • Selector switches offered in maintained and spring-return versions with a 60° switching angle, plus selector/jog and two-button multi-function operators
  • Legend plates and inscription rings are sold separately
