Description

The IDEC HW Series key-selector switch sub-assembled operator is used to build a 22mm HW Series key switch for machine functions that should only be changed with a key, such as maintenance or setup modes. Two- and three-position maintained versions are available with a choice of key removal positions depending on model. The operator is part of IDEC's updated HW Series design and pairs with the new HW-CN connecting units.

  • Fits 22mm panel mounting holes
  • Key-operated selection limits switching to personnel who hold the key
  • 2- or 3-position maintained operation, depending on model
  • Key removable in all positions or in selected positions, depending on model
  • Universal operator design works with both screw terminal and push-in connecting units, so the terminal style can be changed by replacing only the rear connecting unit
  • Use with updated HW-CN connecting units; updated operators are not compatible with previous-generation connecting units
  • HW Series switches are rated UL Type 4X and IP65
  • Part of IDEC's updated HW Series design, which keeps the functionality, electrical ratings, and certifications of the previous generation
