The Euchner TP series plastic safety switch with guard locking holds guard doors closed and monitors the guard locking position on machines where hazards remain after stop. TP shares the same actuating head and actuator as the Euchner GP switch without guard locking, so either can be used in the same system depending on whether guard locking is required. Its switching contacts can switch a minimum current of 1 mA, so it is also suitable for use with safe control systems.
