The Euchner CTA transponder-coded safety switch with guard locking secures heavy safety doors and flaps with a locking force of up to 8,000 N in a very slim, robust metal housing. It combines the operating principle of an electromechanical guard locking switch with transponder-coded safety technology, so a single CTA achieves Category 4/PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1 without additional fault exclusion and meets the requirements of EN ISO 14119. Integrated guard locking and guard lock monitoring allow use for both personnel and process protection.
