The Euchner CTP series transponder-coded safety switch with guard locking secures safety doors and flaps on machines and systems. It combines the proven operating principle of an electromechanical guard locking switch with transponder-coded safety technology, so even a single CTP achieves Category 4/PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1 without additional fault exclusion and meets the requirements of EN ISO 14119. Integrated guard locking with guard lock monitoring allows use for both personnel protection and process protection, and the compact design permits space-saving mounting on the guard. In the AP version, the CTP connects as an individual device to all common safety evaluation units and safety control systems.
