Start a myPNOZ safety relay system with a PNOZ yh1 head module for 1 input function
Description

PILZ myPNOZ Series modular safety relays deliver configurable machine safety monitoring in a compact, application-specific platform built through the online myPNOZ Creator tool. Rather than buying a fixed-function safety relay, engineers design the exact combination of head module, input modules, and output modules their application requires — supporting emergency stop, safety gate, light curtain, two-hand control, enabling switch, and guard locking functions up to PL e/SIL 3. The result is a right-sized safety relay system assembled from standardized DIN rail modules with no unnecessary channels or wasted cost.

Key Features

  • Configurable modular safety relay platform designed through the online myPNOZ Creator tool for application-specific safety systems
  • Supports safety monitoring for emergency stop, safety gates, light curtains, two-hand controls, enabling switches, delayed outputs, and guard locking where specified
  • Available module types include head modules, input modules, output modules, and combined input/output modules
  • Input module functions include AND-linked, OR-linked, bypass, variable, two-hand Type III A, two-hand Type III C, NO/NC, and guard locking management configurations
  • Output modules provide safe relay outputs, safe semiconductor outputs, delayed output functions, and signal outputs where specified
  • Supports PL e and SIL 3 safety performance across the listed module range where specified by the individual item
  • DIN rail mounting and IP20 protection are standard across the myPNOZ module range
  • Item-specific specifications vary by module type, input count, output type, output count, linking logic, delay function, and guard locking configuration
