Description
The Teco-Westinghouse MAX-E2/841 series is a NEMA Premium efficiency, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) severe-duty motor built to meet or exceed IEEE 841 standards for demanding industrial environments, including chemical, mining, pulp and paper, and oil and gas applications.

- Meets or exceeds IEEE 841 standards; also meets IEEE 45 Marine Duty and ABS Design Assessment (up to 500 HP, 2/4/6-pole)
- Cast iron frame, end brackets, fan cover, and main conduit box
- Class F insulation, Class B temperature rise
- NEMA Design B torque minimum; select ratings also meet Design C
- 1.15 continuous service factor at 60 Hz
- Oversized main conduit box, rotatable in 90-degree increments, F1 mounted
- Grounding terminal inside the conduit box plus additional foot-grounding provision
- Designed for 50°C ambient temperature
- 60-month warranty from date of manufacture
