Description
The Teco-Westinghouse MAX-E1 series is a NEMA Premium efficiency, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor line built for demanding industrial and severe-duty environments. Available from 3/4 to 800 HP across a wide range of frame sizes and speeds, MAX-E1 motors work equally well in general-purpose applications and in tougher settings like crushing, grinding, and pulp and paper processing.

- Voltage: 230/460V (usable on 208V); 150 HP and larger rated 460V only, with 575V also available
- IP54 enclosure rating for 280 frame and smaller, IP55 for 280TS frame and larger
- Cast iron frame and end brackets for severe-duty durability
- Non-sparking, non-static cooling fan
- NEMA Design B torque as standard, 1.15 continuous service factor
- Suited to crushers, grinders, compressors, water and wastewater equipment, mixers, positive displacement pumps, material handling, warehouse automation, and commercial washing equipment
