The Saginaw NextGen Series free-standing enclosure system is designed for housing electrical controls, disconnects, and subpanel-mounted components in industrial applications that call for a modular, expandable enclosure footprint. The series is available in carbon steel or stainless steel construction with NEMA and UL Type ratings for indoor and outdoor use, and its modular bay design allows left, right, and center sections to bolt together into a single multi-door, multi-bay enclosure. Continuously welded seams, concealed hinges, and a pour-in-place gasket help the enclosure hold up in industrial environments.

  • Available in 0.075-0.104 inch carbon steel (ANSI-61 gray) or 304/316 stainless steel (number 4 brushed finish)
  • NEMA/UL Type 3R, 4, 12, 13 rated in carbon steel; NEMA/UL Type 3R, 4, 4X, 12, 13 rated in stainless steel; IP66
  • Modular bay system: left bay, right bay, and center bay sections bolt together for multi-door, multi-bay assemblies
  • Continuously welded and ground-smooth seams with concealed hinges
  • Cable-operated mechanical interlock for quick installation
  • Provisions for external disconnect mounting, with matching external disconnect enclosures available
