The WDB-D80S-PRO is a 60mm wireless data PRO base unit for the LR6 Signal Towers for the WD Wireless Data Acquisition System. This base unit has input/serial communication for the LR6 light tower.

Attach the base unit below the WD PRO transmitter and LED modules for transmitting machine status data to the WD Receiver for real-time monitoring and data collection for analysis, predictive maintenance, and optimizing equipment efficiency.

The WD PRO Series features additional data points and collaboration protocols for further visibility of devices within your network. With 8 points of contact input, serial cable terminal, PoE capabilities and more, the PRO Series allows for even more accessible data mining for detailed operation analysis.

This base unit must be used with the WDT-6LR-Z2-PRO and a WD Receiver.

The WD System enables wireless data acquisition of equipment statuses, regardless of the machine’s age or model. Users can obtain real-time statuses and monitor their equipment remotely. This data can be collected and analyzed to improve predictive maintenance, identify bottlenecks and maximize OEE.
