Warranty Policy

We Honor All Manufacturer Warranties
Marshall Wolf Automation products carry the manufacturer warranty of at least one year. Many of our products carry a longer warranty, please review the specific item online or contact us for warranty details.

Products that are damaged or modified are not covered under warranty.

 

Warranty Returns
Marshall Wolf Automation sells new products and honors all manufacturer warranties. Warranties do vary by manufacturer, however, you can see individual manufacturer warranties here.

Products returned under warranty for credit must be new, unused and in their original undamaged boxes with original packing material and product literature. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse.

Extended Protection Plans
Marshall Automation now offers extended protection plans, available durng online checkout, through Extend. You can learn more about Extend here.

Simply select your protection plan during checkout and Extend handles the rest.
