The holiday spirit was fully powered on around the office this year—and no circuit breakers were tripped in the process.

This year’s festivities kicked off with our gingerbread house decorating contest, where teamwork was the key ingredient. Team Marc, Mike, Cindi, and Lisa came together to recreate our office building, a design that was equal parts festive and structurally sound. Their winning creation proved that when the right components come together, the final result shines as brightly as a stack light signaling, “Look at me!”

Not to be outdone, the desk decorating contest brought out some serious holiday flair across the office. Lisa took home the win with her A Christmas Story–themed desk, complete with nostalgic details and a nod to the infamous leg lamp glowing proudly in the window. It was a perfect reminder that sometimes the classics—much like trusted sensors and controls—never go out of style.

Of course, no MWA holiday celebration would be complete without a little warmth. The hot chocolate bar returned as a Wolf Pack favorite, offering endless combinations of cocoa and toppings. The setup was as customizable as an enclosure full of DIN rail, terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, and neatly routed cable—no two builds exactly the same, but all perfectly wired.

As always, the heart of the celebration wasn’t just the decorations or the contests—it was the people. Taking time to step away from our desks, connect as a team, and celebrate the year together is one of our favorite traditions.
