2025 MWA Company Picnic
Posted by Theresa Hoffman on Sep 16th 2025
We couldn’t have asked for a better day for our annual company picnic. The afternoon started warm—hovering in the 80s—but cooled to a perfect 70 degrees, just in time for us to relax and celebrate together outdoors. Thanks to Lisa and Karin’s incredible party planning, the Wolf Pack enjoyed a day full of good food, games, and laughter.
Bring on the Dogs!
If you’ve ever been to Chicago, you know Portillo’s is a must-visit. Luckily, one opened near us not long ago, and while they’re famous for their Italian beef, this time we went all-in on the hot dogs. Of course, we couldn’t resist sneaking in a bottle of ketchup—yes, we know, a Chicago-style crime!
Homemade Favorites
One of the things that makes our picnic special is the MWA potluck tradition. The spread of homemade dishes was incredible, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed. You made the day even more memorable (and delicious).
On to the Games
This year’s Jenga battles were nothing short of legendary. While many of us were expecting a Marc vs. Beckie rematch, the spotlight shifted to Lisa and Clarissa. Their nail-biting showdown had the crowd holding its breath with every move. Clarissa pulled through for the win!

But the excitement didn’t end there. Nic and Chris jumped in for the next round, keeping the energy high. After an edge-of-your-seat game, Chris came out victorious—though Nic may just be plotting his comeback for next year.

Playground Fun
This year’s venue gave us something new to enjoy: playground equipment that spoke to our inner kids. After the little ones cleared the area, the Wolf Pack couldn’t resist taking over the swings and slides. Sometimes you’re never too old to play!
Another successful MWA picnic is in the books for 2025. A big thank-you to the Wolf family for bringing us all together and reminding us how much we’re appreciated. Days like this make us proud to be part of the Wolf Pack.
