Known as Prop 65, the State of California requires customer notification on products manufactured after August 31, 2018 which contain substances listed in the Prop 65 substance list, in amounts exceeding significant risk levels which are known in the state of CA to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. Got all that?
This applies to products sold in California or products which may be exposed to people in the state of California.
As a distributor we do not have chemical content information and we do not manufacturer or control what is in the products we sell. If a manufacturer notifies us of a Prop 65 warning we will pass that information on.
