2017 Update: Previously AC Tech had planned to discontinue the SCM/SCF drives at the end of April 2017. Due to the popularity of this drive, they have decided to continue to sell both of these series as long as components are available. They also had a 15% increase on these series on May 1, 2017.

Our Lenze AC Tech SCM IP20 AC drives are ideal for motor control applications that need variable speed… and cost-effective enough for those that do not.
This drive can also be applied as a ‘phase-converter’ to operate a 3-phase motor from a single-phase supply. The compact packaging and comprehensive functionality make them an ideal drive equipment requiring variable speed, soft starting or reversing operation.
Easy to configure and ready to use right out of the box for most simple applications, these drives will perform many application specific tasks such as multiple preset speeds, electronic braking and motor jogging.
Like all AC Tech sub-micro drives, the SCM drives use the EPM memory technology for fast and efficient programming. The SCM Series drive virtually eliminates the need for 2-speed motors and starters and reversing starters, and it can be applied as a “phase-converter” to operate a three phase motor from a single-phase supply.
