Enter the order number from your order confirmation email, or any number from your order paperwork: Sales Order (S), Invoice (I), Cash Sale (CS), or Shipment (IF). Whichever you have handy will work.

123456 (numbers only) - Web order number from your Wolf Automation order confirmation email.
S26-XXXXXX - Sales Order number, shown on your order confirmation email.
IF26-XXXXXX - Shipment / packing slip number, printed on the packing slip inside your box.
CS26-XXXXX - Cash Sale number (the invoice equivalent), emailed to you with your order.
I26-XXXXXX - Invoice number, emailed if you were invoiced (if you got a Cash Sale, you may not have one).
Any one of these works - just enter whichever you have handy.

i About warranty resolutions
Resolution of your warranty claim will ultimately be decisioned by the manufacturer, which may be a repair, replacement, or credit. Our returns team will keep you updated as your claim is processed.
Need a different item instead? Submit your return here, then contact [email protected] or place a new order for the replacement part.
Items that have been used or installed may not qualify for return. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, or we may be unable to accept this return depending on the item's condition upon inspection.
Items returned without original manufacturer packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may not be eligible for full credit. Please ensure all accessories, documentation, and components are included.

Before you submit: By submitting this request you acknowledge that returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of RMA issuance, items must be in original undamaged packaging with all literature, stock returns include a 20% restocking fee applied automatically to your return credit (our team may adjust it during processing), and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
