Switches
(a.k.a. selector switch, enabling switch, grip switch, joystick, foot switch, industrial switches)
The basics: Selector switches are generally used to start or stop devices or to switch between electric circuits. They can be turned right, center or left to open or close the electrical contacts. Enabling switches are 3 position (OFF-ON-OFF) and allow a machine to operate only when the middle position is pressed and held.
