Welcome to the new year, 2023! As we embark on a new journey, it’s important to reflect on the past and look forward to the future.
This year has the potential to bring about significant changes and advancements for Marshall Wolf Automation, as we begin our 39th year as a family owned, and now, female run business!
Hans Wolf, the founder and visionary of Marshall Wolf Automation, started this company in 1984. As the 5 year anniversary of his passing approaches on January 27, his contributions and visions, to not only the company, but the industry as a whole should be celebrated. He was an early pioneer of B2B on the internet, and I think he would be proud of what we have done since his untimely passing. We are continuing on the path he paved, as he was confident it was the right direction for us, even though he received a lot of industry criticism.
As we move into 2023, it will be important for us to continue to be agile and responsive to the evolving landscape of industrial automation, in order to stay competitive and succeed in the long term. Last year we started the process by adding expertise to our company; by aligning with outside agencies and joining the Association of High Technology Distribution (AHTD). This year we are ready to take off with our new business development department and outside sales people, rebuilding the roots of our company.
