What Qualifies for FREE UPS Ground Shipping?
- Order must total $100 or more and be placed online
- Free shipping applies to shipments within the contiguous US only
- Items in the order must weigh less than 50 pounds
- Order must be able to ship UPS Ground
What Will Not Qualify for Free Shipping?
- Online orders shipping any UPS method other than UPS Ground will be charged standard UPS rates
- Online orders under $100 are charged standard UPS rates
- Our free shipping offer is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
- Shipments over 50 pounds are excluded from free shipping
- Shipments that are not able to ship UPS Ground are excluded from free shipping, see freight shipping below
- Motors are not eligible for free shipping
- Free shipping is applied to orders that ship complete; partial shipments may not qualify.
Flat Rate Freight Shipping
- 100 to 250 pound shipments: $250 flat rate shipping
- 251 to 500 pound shipments: $300 flate rate shipping
- Over 500 pound shipments: $400 flat rate shipping
- Flat rate shipping is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

How Fast Will My Order Ship?
- Stock orders received by 3 p.m. CST generally ship same day from our warehouse.
- Lead times from factory stock vary depending on manufacturer's warehouse location.

- Can I ship freight collect? We do not offer freight collect shipping options online, however, if you do need to do so please contact customer service.
- What if I need to cancel or return? If you need to cancel or return an order after it has been processed, ordered, shipped or received there may be a restock fee.
- What are the shipping rates for orders between 50 and 100 pounds? Standard UPS rates will be quoted at checkout for orders that do not qualify for free shipping and are under 100 pounds.
