Return Policy, Within 30 Days
Marshall Wolf Automation can accept, for exchange or return, items which were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days and are in new resaleable condition. This excludes non-standard and custom products.Products ordered online will have a restocking fee of 20%.
For all other orders our returns department will advise if, and what, the restocking fee is at the time of the return. Restocking fees may vary based on the manufacturers return policy. An RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number must be obtained from our returns department. Please click the 'request return' button or email [email protected]. Return Policy, After 30 Days
Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee and may be non-returnable. The standard restocking charge for goods returned beyond 30 days is generally 35% of the sale price.Non-standard products, that are accepted by the manufacturer for return, will be charged based on the Manufacturer’s restocking fee to Marshall Wolf Automation and will be advised at the time the RMA is given. Restocking charges can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped, assembled or received in our warehouse there may be a restocking fee. Every effort will be made to cancel your order, however, order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer's cancellation policy.If the product has been special ordered, is a non-stock item or is being built to customer specifications it may be non-cancelable or subject to a minimum restocking fee of 50%.
Non-Standard and Custom Products
Non-standard and custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Non- standard or custom products are defined as products that are special order, custom orders, orders built to customers specifications, assembled or modified products, products not stocked by Marshall Wolf or orders for value-added products. Marshall Wolf Automation follows our manufacturer's return policies.Warranty Returns
Marshall Wolf Automation sells new products and honors all manufacturer's warranties. Warranties do vary by manufacturer.Products returned must be new, unused and in their original undamaged boxes with original packing material and product literature. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse.
All Returns
Products that are returned without an appropriate RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
