Two solid state relays in one package. Two loads can be switched in half the space!

Each relay has two outputs controlled by two independent inputs. This allows engineers using multiple solid state relays in a panel to save space in some applications, while maintaining the same number of poles for switching their loads. The advantage of using a dual solid-state relay is that two loads can be switched in half the space of a traditional single-phase SSR. Each output is controlled by it's own independent input, allowing for individual loads to be powered separately. Crouzet's dual solid-state relays are rated at 25 or 40 amps (50 & 80 amps total, respectively) at either 24-240Vac or 48-660Vac. They are available with either ΒΌ" QC terminals or traditional saddle-clamps. The input connector is either a standard four-pin male terminal or four-pin keyed/locking terminal block. The mounting dimensions for the dual SSR's are identical to the GN series relays, so they conveniently mount to all of our standard panel and DIN rail heat sinks. As a precautionary note, the total package current (both channels combined) must be used when determining the appropriate heat sink for use with a dual solid-state relay. |
